The passion of Felipe Madrigal

Felipe Madrigal is a self-professed workaholic. Madrigal is a Doral resident who runs his own company providing first-aid and security equipment to different businesses. He volunteers as head of two Rotary Clubs in the city and also works for the Doral & Airport West Chamber of Commerce. On several occasions he stated that his passion is to volunteer and that he has no political aspirations. However, he frequently disagrees with much of the elected members. “I just love this City and that’s why I always have to do something for it, and became my passion, no doubts about it”, Felipe Madrigal continually says. Madrigal became occupied in the Doral area more than 10 years ago. His Green Guard business worked just outside of the community’s margins, but about five years ago Green Guard moved into the city and in the meantime he additionally made the city his home. He just packed his things and moved in along with his family. Among all of his current activities Madrigal says Doral City needs to work hard to open new schools for the increasing families and turn into more united people. Of course, he is not just talking about it; he is working on that too.

Residential growth in Doral City

As many of you know Doral City was a cow ground which became a business area at first. Then, a fast residential growth came in and Real Estate investments are known as one of the most serious business in the area. Many businesses brought residential communities such as Doral Park and Doral Estates. The luxury Islands neighborhood at Doral has been built by Century Home Builders, one of the best home developers in the area. Many families have made the most important decision in their life: buying a home in Doral City. “Although there are still some cow pastures remaining, the area has changed a lot from when we came down here five years ago. We were on vacations in Miami and we were just married, no kids and no pressures. So we could do a complete appreciation of the whole state, practically. We just fell in love with Doral at first sight and started thinking on buying a home, which we already did. Now we have two children and my wife is pregnant again, so we are in the quest of selling this home to buy a new big one. We are very happy to live here”, said Patrick Goldenberg, a literature professor who was born in Philadelphia 40 years ago. There are many other testimonials like this one, but the true thing here is that Real Estate and residential communities are continually rising together in Doral City.
