The Blue at Doral is being developed by Blueview Golf Villas, LLC, a partnership between the Kaufman Organization, and Blue Doral Baklot LLC. The basics for the 15 buildings of the richness resort have been decanted and nine building shells concluded at The Blue at Doral as the first and only hotel condo to be urbanized along the fairways of the famous world-class Doral Blue Monster Golf Course. The construction of the shells was made possible by pouring concrete into an specific tunnel form which allows the formation of a single structure building in about ten days to be completed. The Blue’s three-story buildings will be based at 12th and 13th fairways and it is expected to be evocative of the Old Florida style mansion homes. The Blue will feature a full-service clubhouse complete with fitness center and restaurant and, among the opulent pool area, residents will enjoy private cabanas, internet access, massage and dining area. Owner residents will get a Blue View Sport Membership to the Doral Resort & Spa providing a complimentary tennis facilities and access to Blue Lagoon water-park for a preferred price.
